Sir Ivan is giving away up to $5000 to the winners of his new Mega Mix competition
Sir Ivan has been responsible for transforming legendary 60s songs about Peace into earth-shattering EDM hits that take the electronic scene by storm every single time. John Lennon’s ‘Imagine’ launched Sir Ivan’s career and has gone on to reach astronomical heights on charts such as Billboard, DJ Times and Music Week.
Known for his undying passion for promoting peace, love and unity, Sir Ivan has taken it upon himself to spread the love once more by developing a competition that will help those DJs currently struggling with the world in lockdown.
From the 8th to the 22nd of June Sir Ivan has put out a call to all DJs to put together a mix, promote it and get their fans to vote for them to be in with a chance to become a finalist.
Sir Ivan has enlisted the help of A-list friends such as the legendary Paul Oakenfold, Bassjackers, DJ From Mars, Tenishia and Exodus to help with judging duties. The top 20 artists will be in with a chance of winning prizes such as a signed copy of The Dance Music Manual, a project with Peak House Music and a publicity package with Matt Caldwell PR.
Not only that, but Sir Ivan will also be personally making a $10,000 donation with half of the money split between the top 5 winners and the other $5000 being given to Insomniac’s ‘Rave Recovery’ fund that has been created specifically for dance music fans who have been impacted during COVID-19.
